Forty and Fearless

A part of me misses writing, and a part of me loses interest in doing so. But here I am, welcome to my new blog site – an open space for a woman in her forties.

Last year, I turned FORTY – single, unattached, and thriving, you could say. How does it feel to be FORTY? Some say there’s nothing much, and some focus on their health issues. But as for me, I guess the difference hit me when I obeyed the Lord just in time, I hit the big 4-0. Believe me or not, GOD is always on time.

Back in 2019, as I was doing my quiet time, I vividly remember hearing Him, “When the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen – when you are 40.”. Of course, I thought it was marriage. LOL. But it was a general calling the Lord has given me, and regardless of where I am now, I believe GOD places us today where He wants us to be – not for you and me, but for HIM alone. So if there’s one thing I learned in my 40 years, perhaps you are struggling or on top of your moment, it’s never an accident you are there. GOD ultimately places you where HE will use you.

So, yeah, I’m excited to share bits and pieces of my life, thoughts, and daily perspectives with whoever rereads my blog. This blog serves as my official diary that contains joyful moments, traveling, and, of course, my heartbreaking moments too. So stay tuned and subscribe to keep you updated. Thank you.
